Recently, I have gone on an Instagram craze and have been taking photos of everything and anything you can imagine with this special little app.Instagram is an app where you can snap photos with your iPhone and choose a filter to transform the look and feel.I use mostly the Earlybird / Rise filter because both often give my photos a vintage feel. It’s pretty amazing and I’m always happy with how the photos turn out.

It has never been so easy to do hand stitching on the felt because the material is quite hard. I can feel the pain on my fingers. Unfortunately, i'm lacking of time to search for those polka dots fabric in different colors. So, i have decided to paste the dotties on the felt.

It sounds crazy but i think it's really worth all the efforts ♥♥♥

Got myself a polka bag from random store and a stripe skirt from Forever 21 *so happy*

4 o'clock... It's tea time!

Feel thankful that I be to survive this 2 months after running De'flea Market Boutique as my full time job.

Island Getaway - The Pearl of the Orient

Went for a short getaway trip to Penang last few days to recharge myself. The first destination is the Golden Sand Resort at Batu Ferringhi.

Step Into Hot Springs

A short family trip to Sungai Klah Hot Springs on National Day. The water is really clean surounded by the greenery of the hills. I feel regret that i did not capture more pics but only the private jacuzzi *bang my head*. I should have take more photos next time >.<

Sungai Klah is located 10km away from the town of Sungkai in Perak. Whether you are coming from the North or the South of Peninsular Malaysia, get to the nearest PLUS Highway and head for Sungkai toll exit. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Sungkai is approximately 90 minutes. After the exit, turn left at the junction. Follow the signage to Sg. Klah Hot Springs Park and you will pass Sungai Klah FELDA village before reaching here. If you are looking for a unique holiday with your family, try this park.

As you reach there, you need to pay for entrance fees of RM10 for adult and RM8 for children to get the tickets before driving in. There were a few pools with different temperatures. Most of the people soak only their legs into the water as the water is too hot. There were a few smaller pools that are deep enough for you to soak your whole body in. Unfortunately those pools were occupied when we reached.

We take the private pool cuz we prefer to have the privacy of soaking in a private atmosphere instead of joining the crowd at the big pool. They charge RM75 per hour for a standard private jacuzzi. You will need to reach there early if you decided to book for a private pool especially during weekend or public holiday cuz they do not allow any reservation and the private pool section close at 7pm. The pool is quite big for 4 of us, it can fit in maximum up to 8 person.The private pool allows us to soak entire body inside the water without the need to worry of getting 'cooked' alive in the hot water because we could actually control the temperature of the water! The water temperature range from 30 - 40 degree celsius. There were a notice near the resting area in the room advising us how long we should soak in the water and how many rest breaks we should in between. Too long in the water can pengsan leh! (I can feel the dizziness at the beginning.. LoL)

I have soaked myself in the hottest water in the jacuzzi that I could stand and my body feels great ♥ It's a great place to relax my mind and body muscles. Feeling refreshing after all. Definitely will go again.

STEPPING OUT OF COMFORT ZONE

Its almost 4 weeks ago today, since my last blog. I have nothing to blog about and i my life is too much boring. Weekdays for my full time job and weekend busy photo shotings for De'flea. I am physically, mentally, and emotionally tired. I have tendered my resignation letter last year but it was rejected and i tried to convince myself to stay in the comfort zone. Change is never easy, you fight to hold on, you fight to let go… Recently, i have totally lost my passion. I noticed that something has changed and all things will never be the same again. I told myself: "You must step out of this comfort zone, go beyond the comfort zone and live life with more passion !!! It's time to think of your own welfare for a change." Once again, i tendered my resignation for 1.5 months notice effective 11 July. In the meantime, I shall plan to take a well deserves leave and go on a nice vacation for myself before i start a new 'life' =)

Well saying "Life begins at the end of comfort zone."

Ikea Day Out

These photos were taken at Ikea. Wanted to choose some pressie for a friend, ended went home empty handed. But i managed to captured a few out fit photo.. hehehe.. Super love the mustard scallop collars chiffon top from catinthebowl, easy to match with any bottom. Another nice black laced heels from Lush Serendipity, got it from their booth at e@curve. I worn it not more than 2 hrs and i can feel the pain. Just how much is the price we pay for fashion? Oftentimes the price is two sore feet at the end of a day in high heels. But i think it's worth.. like many women, high heels are worn to complete an outfit, make legs appear longer and leaner, and to give a little sass to our step. Don't you agree too?

I HEART YOGURT

Dataran Sunway, Kota Damansara is the area we normally hang out. There're many restaurants and cafe that serve nice food. Besides Tutti Fruitti, I Heart Yogurt is another place where you can sit back, relax and enjoying a cup of scrumptious frozen yogurt! Compare to Tutti Fruitti, they don't have much selection of yogurt flavor, original, twist and mango flavor are the only choices. The mango flavor are just nice and i had grapes topping cuz i love grapes. Not to mention the grapes are really fresh and sweet ~~ This whole week they are giving away free toppings for every cup of yogurt you buy. Go ahead and take as much as your cup can fit!!!

BEWARE OF ANGRY BIRDS

I'm getting addicted with angry birds game recently. I guess not only me, the WORLD is addicted to angry birds. Even my 3 years old cousin knows how to play the game using her daddy iphone.

The are total 4 episodes in the game. The first episodes - poached eggs, containing 3 levels and each level has 21 sub-levels. There some levels which are quite tricky and sometimes made me act like "angry bird" too. I have not completed the game yet. So far, I have come to 2nd episode - mighty hoax. still have a long way to go @@ and the game become more and more tricky.

The story begins with some green pigs stealing eggs from a variety of birds, and the only way for the birds to vindicate this atrocity is to launch themselves from a slingshot in a suicidal attempt to take the lives of as many pigs as possible.
So.. beware with angry birds! Why? If you stole an egg from them, they are really ANGRY! They want to kill you! Haha. Scare? I like cute green pigs too. It is really funny when playing this game. So easy. You will have to break pigs' castles using birds!

There are different characters of angry birds that you need to know before you play it!

The red birds are basic type, while the yellow birds speed up in mid-flight when the screen is tapped and can destroy wood planks with ease. Blue birds split into three in mid-flight when the screen is tapped and therefore can destroy a wide range of the pig’s hide out. Black birds are like a time bomb and can do massive damage when detonated and white birds can drop an exploding egg .

See.. the green evil piggies will laugh at you if you fail to destroyed them using the angry birds.. LoL.. ok.. shall continue my game.. hehehe

FULLHOUSE - VINTAGE

I love these set of photos. It was taken at Fullhouse.. again.. I was so excited too see them and can't wait to post the photos.. hehehe. Can't deny that Fullhouse is a very nice and sweet place to have photo shooting. Fullhouse signature dessert - Brownie with ice-cream and Tiramisu, both are too sweet for me. I had lavender mint tea usually as it makes me feel relaxing and have a peace of mind :D But the boyfie look tire cuz he is sick :( thanks for spending time with me although you are not feeling well. Hope that you will get well soon. There's one deco upstairs that really caught my eyes. The table, photo frame and the clock are looking really vintage.. not forgotten the cafe latte wall deco as well.. i love vintage stuffs !!!

ICE ROOM

The weather is hot yesterday during the night. So, we decided to go to Ice Room to have some shaved ice. The building is in green color, very eye catching, especially during the night. Almost everything in Ice Room are green in color. Felt really relaxing and relief. Green good for eyesight.

Snow ice green tea. My all time favourite. It's super smooth and soft.

WORLD INVASION: BATTLE LOS ANGELES

Here's another great movie that i have watched in cinema yesterday, World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles. The movie are inspired by the actual Battle of Los Angeles during World War II. It is yet again another movie of alien invasion on earth after Skyline movie.

Story:

For years, there have been documented cases of UFO sightings around the world - Buenos Aires, Seoul, France, Germany, China. But in 2011, what were once just sightings will become a terrifying reality when Earth is attacked by unknown forces. As people everywhere watch the world's great cities fall, Los Angeles becomes the last stand for mankind in a battle no one expected. It's up to a Marine staff sergeant (Aaron Eckhart) and his new platoon to draw a line in the sand as they take on an enemy unlike any they've ever encountered before.

Plot Outline:

"World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles" takes place when meteors shoot into the ocean a couple of miles off the coast of Los Angeles. Minutes later, beachgoers witness a strange alien like army oozing out of the water. These aliens are nasty, they're fast, and they kill on site. Within seconds they're shredding the sun-tanning populace to pieces and moving into the city of Santa Monica. Marine Sgt. Nantz leads his new platoon against a surprise attack on Los Angeles, attempting to rescue civilians in Santa Monica and destroy the hub of the enemy's mysterious power grid, while similar epic battles are waged across the world in other cities.

I personally think that this movie deserves four stars. Expecially the explosions used in the movie are so real !!! It is not the usual alien invasion type of movie where one can hear people scream every two to three minutes (including me). Really full of action from beginning until end. Awesome movie, must see =) Here's the trailer:

PLEATS ARE NICE.. DON'T YOU THINK SO?

I have been seeing these pleated skirts everywhere, and I wish to have one for myself too. But for sure the long one not really suitable for my height. I wish i'm taller T.T
The pleated skirt is so nice and lovely!!! Beautiful soft pleats sway and flow creating a fluid movement when you roam. These photos inspired me a lot. Love them.

Watched this movie yesterday. Though it's a bit boring at first, but it's getting quite funny after all. Rango is a funny chameleon. I enjoyed the amazing characters in the movie.

I got a Starbucks treat from my supplier today which is green tea latte (hot). Recommended by Taylor. The first thing i noticed when i removed the cover was the absolutely "green latte". Looks not so nice but it smelled sweet. Love the green tea taste. It's a non coffee drink because it's made out of milk, matcha powder and melon syrup (i was getting cheated by the name itself as i thought it's a coffee drink). My collegue said that the iced is better. Perhaps i should try the iced one another day. Btw, it's good try for me, it makes my day ❤

UMAI-YA JAPANESE RESTAURANT

Girls day out last Sunday. We went to Umai-ya Japanese Restaurant at Uptown.

Thanks to Winniy for the booking. We enjoyed the lunch buffet only at RM48 per person from 11.30am - 2pm. I only managed to captured this two as i was too busy eating. The sushi are just too nice and yummy. Worth it.

For this time, we hang out without Candice and Soik Yee. Everyone seems so busy after school life. Busy with own career. I really miss the good old days when we laugh out loud "very often" together. Just hoping everyone will be joining next time =)

We was playing around with little Zi Yu that day. I just noticed that he likes to take photo. I was calling him to look to my camera for a photo shoot and he did !!! And he was exactly waited for me to give him photo shoots everytime i called.

奄奄一息的 Sportie hamster 寿命已有两年了，昨天重病而逝。
出门前，看了它最后一眼，也知道该是时候了...
对于sportie 的死，我并没有非常的伤心。与病魔纠缠了一段时间, 对于它来说是解脱。

人为什么需要承诺？

那是因为天生缺乏安全感。确保自己相信某种事物仍在自我控制范围内，是每个人的本能。如果人心不是那么变换莫测，“承诺”这两字将会消失。

也是因为不信任。“怀疑”不应该存在，但在现实社会中，不信任一个人或一件事，极其平常。所以，承诺也是让自己或他人好过的一种手段。

像父母承诺会买最新的游戏机给考到100分的孩子，像你的情人承诺会一生一世爱你，像政治家承诺会在当选后会如何照顾平民百姓。利诱，哄骗，瞒混，都是构成承诺的主要成分。

浪漫层次呢？别傻了，情到浓时(或烦不胜烦时)，什么鬼话说不出？承诺顶多是爱情的调剂品。哪天你们都兑现了承诺，当然也不是因为它可贵所以你们遵守，而是你们早已达成共识。

最近都在下雨，很久以前很喜欢雨天，因为可以倾听雨的心声，很温馨。
不知何时起，下雨天心情闷闷的，比以前还要不想说话。
很想找个宁静的地方，放生的哭出来。没有人听得到。
很想找回下雨天那种温馨的感觉，不知道雨会听到我的心声吗？

减肥、塑身大行动

今天签了S2 Slimming & Body Retreat 的十次疗程，开始了第一天的减肥、塑身大行动。
没想到只做了第一次的疗程就减了o.5 公斤！！！目标是要减5公斤！！！
太开心了！！！
不过接下来的日子就得戒食了，以减肥菜单代替。

以下是 slimming consultant 给的减肥菜单：
早餐：2 片全麦面包/麦片、鲜奶、2 粒半生熟蛋
午餐：半碗饭/米粉/冬粉/清汤/冬炎
晚餐：菜和肉（清蒸) 必须在8点之前进餐、4 小时后才可以睡觉。

白开水 3公升 (蛮多的，平时才喝1.5公升）
还有要多吃水果！
其他煎、炸的食物、零食、甜品、汽水、快餐，还有我最爱的咖啡都要戒了！

在海边吹风，听着海浪声、在山上看日出。
可以睡很久，吃很饱。
可以到处吃美食。
有人不吝啬地笑着給我拥抱。
开创自己的未來，实现自己未完成的梦，跟別人分享。
每天都笑着，每天都充实的过着。

每天回家都能看到家人的笑容。
回到家，可以享受美味的佳肴。

遇上瓶颈时，你的一声加油。
醒来有人对我说，早安！昨晚睡的好不好?
感受到另一半的体贴关怀。
当寂寞无助时，某人永远在身边陪伴着。
挽着喜欢的人手, 一起逛街。

在路上看到老公公老婆婆牵着手走在一起。

I saw this movie in 3D the first time with my aunt and cousins .The movie started out a bit sad, but really made sense later. Cried several times (so did the whole theater). All of us enjoyed the movie. One of my little cousin who sat next to me trying to catch the flying birds once he put on his 3D glasses... LoL. I'll see it again and definitely buy it once on dvd. It's really a must-see movie for everyone !!!

不知不觉戴佩妮的歌声已陪伴了我六年了。今天终于有机会亲眼目睹她的个人风采。真的很开心...很开心哦！娇小玲珑的身躯再加上淘器可爱的个性，不时逗得台下的歌迷们开怀大笑。身为戴佩妮忠实粉丝的我，当然也不忘了上台让阿妮在专辑上签个名咯^^。虽然迟到签唱会，很庆幸的是还有机会索取阿妮的亲笔签名（因为我是在当天才知道有签唱会的哦，哈哈）。

最近身边的朋友几乎都开始爱上 blogging 了，我也不例外。写部落格可以把当时的心情与感受一一记载下来，可以很随心所欲的写。可以在心情不好的时候排解心中的抑郁；心情好的时候,也可以写出来,和大家一起分享快乐。不知不觉,这部落格也成了自己的人生日记。在不久前，也替一位死党设计了同样的部落格，好让她可以有个可以发泄情绪的管道。她的部落格，除了我之外没有第三者知道（也不知道是庆幸还是不幸）。偶尔还会去“偷窥”她的文章...嘻嘻。自从看了她的部落格后，对她的了解也深入了一点。没想到平时外表坚强的她，也有隐藏着一丝丝的烦恼。嗯... 希望她在300多公里处可以开心的渡过每一天。希望下次再“偷窥”你的文章的时候，可以感受到你的幸福和快乐哦！

而且，雨后天空还会画出一道美丽的彩虹，

清晰的钢琴声在晚间显得有点落寞

今天去了一家boutique 逛逛，选了一个木吉他黑珠项链。
店员说这是从韩国进口的，而且仅有一条，也是6月份 Jasmine 时尚杂志的推荐品之一。
可爱的吉他造型，设计独特，价格也很公道。毫不犹豫就将它买了下来，满载而归。

平时我最爱喝白咖啡，
而且只偏爱喝 xxx茶室卖的和OLD TOWN WHITE COFFEE 的。
喝了后，感觉很舒服。
由于咖啡喝太多，对身体不好。
所以最近也比较少饮用。

今天，心情很坏。
就到 xxx茶室买了一杯，奖励奖励自己。
喝第一口，心情还好的。
再喝第二口，眼泪就不听使唤的流了下来。

原来，在心情好、坏时咖啡的味道是截然不同的。
心情好，喝的咖啡是幸福的。
心情坏，喝的咖啡是如此的苦涩。

也许是压抑已久的情绪，此时全部释放出来...
